In What Condition Are The Garments That Vintage Finds You Sell?

Vintage Finds You specialises in bringing you highest quality clothes and accessories. Any minor faults are explicitly listed in the item description so as not to disappoint you. Due to the nature of vintage and the age of many of our items, a small amount of natural wear and tear is inevitable in some items.

How will I know if it fits?

Vintage Finds You provides a modern measurement size using UK sizing guide. Some of the bespoke clothes do not have labels and may be made for an individual, in which case the items size is estimated. Actual sizes listed on garments labels often do not reflect the true modern equivalent. For any further queries please email info naomi@vintagefindsyou.com Should you be unhappy with the fit of a particular purchase you can return the item. Please follow the instructions listed under returns.

How Do I Know What Is In Stock?

All items shown are in stock unless the words “Sold” appear on the product pages. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn’t reserved and can be bought by another customer while you are browsing.

What Payment Methods Does Vintage Finds You Accept?

All payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe accepts Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Laser, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron debit cards.

Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card Online At Vintage Finds You?

This site is as secure as we can make it. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At Vintage Finds You we don’t hold your credit card details on the website.

How Will I Know You Received My Order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your credit card has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped. You will receive another e-mail notifying you if any of the items you ordered are not in stock; if this occurs your credit card account will only be charged with the cost of the items in stock.

What If I Live In A Country That Vintage Finds You Does Not Ship To?

Vintage Finds You ships within Europe via An Post services. Ireland’s customers will be sent purchases via An Post Registered post. International customers will be sent purchases via An Post International Registered post.

Does Vintage Finds You Ship To Post Office Boxes?

Due to shipping restrictions, unless there is a reception agent present at the PO Box during business hours, customers with PO Boxes will need to arrange for an alternate physical delivery address. You must provide us with an address where our delivery service can get a signature upon delivery of your shipment.

How Can I Track My Order?

You can check the current status of your shipment by emailing naomi@vintagefindsyou.com with your order number obtained from your confirmation email and we will track your shipment for you. Can I Return Items? 

Before returning any goods to us for whatever reason, it is important and essential that you send an email to info vintageclothes.ie to inform us of your intention.

No exchange or refund on items bought at fairs

All items purchased online at can only be returned through the website. All goods must be returned to Vintage Finds You undamaged and unused, within 14 days (including weekends and bank holidays) of the date stated on the receipt sent with the purchased item(s). The full cost of the item will be refunded to you when we have received the returned goods in the condition in which they were originally sold by Vintage Finds You. We keep extensive photographic records of all items available for sale and will not be held accountable for any damage occurring after delivery of the purchased item(s).
