A beautifully tailored vintage Irish wool coat by Gráinne O'Rourke, size UK 14. This is a genuine designer find, made in the Republic of Ireland from pure new wool, with the original woven label still stitched inside, a lovely mark of provenance you just don't find on modern coats.

Cut in a soft cream tone, the coat has a fitted bodice through the shoulders and chest that flows into a graceful, swinging A-line skirt, the kind of shape that moves beautifully when you walk. A tall stand collar and a single row of buttons down the front give it a polished, structured look at the top, while the skirt below keeps things soft and feminine.
